Richard Galik, Managing Partner, has had multiple successful careers; as a federal financial institutions examiner in which he conducted financial, operational, and management audits, as an analyst responsible for the development of risk-based examination policies and procedures for credit unions, farm credit banks, and savings and loan institutions, and in the graphic design and marketing communications field where he directed all operations of his own marketing communications and graphic design firm. After twenty years of profitable operations, he sold the firm, earned an MBA, and formed East Park Property Management, LLC and Reduction of Uncertainty, a management consulting firm. richard@eparkprop.com
Elyse R. Galik, Managing Partner, has worked for banks, credit unions, thrift institutions, non-bank banks, and Sallie Mae. She’s also been the treasurer of multiple associations, and has had an extensive career as the CFO of several private firms. Elyse has direct knowledge of banking, lending, the credit approval process, financial operations, employee benefits, and business accounting systems.
